Maria
del Pozo, born on the border of Mexico, a small town named Brownsville, Texas,
lived almost her whole life in Matamoros, Mexico. Until her father and uncles
were kidnapped and were forced to pay money and give up the house that Marias
family lived in. she now lives in that very same small town that she was born
in, aspiring the day when she gets to attend Parsons, The New School for Design.
She is currently studying at St. Joseph Academy, located in Brownsville, Texas.
She participates in creative and artistic events in her school. Like the 2012
trashion show where she created a dress out of plastic and old bed spreads. Not
only is she artistic, but also does track and golf. Not to mention she is a
fabulous dancer.
